Procedures and Guidelines

1. Focus on the development and welfare of children in the communities where the company is active.
2. Preference to support activities which improve education (of the children generally and of the role in the economy and opportunities in the oil industry) or healthy lifestyles (sport).
3. All sponsorships to be within annual approved budget.
4. The Managing Director and Resident Manager have discretion to approve initiatives consistent with this policy.
